It's Friday



Yeah It's Friday.  I'm not sure what is going on today, but at least it's Friday.  I really want to stay on track this weekend.  Also Note, I will have some dinner pictures, I need to work up the guts to take pictures of dinner cause now I have all of you!  I don't know what I want for lunch, but I'd like to hit whole foods up soon.  I kind of want some greek yogurt and a piece of bread or something!  I'm also thinking about upping my protein.  I read that 25% is the good amount to eat and I know I am way below that.  So anyway.  I actually got to eat my breakfast today!  It was what I wanted yesterday. But that is okay.  I had Oatmeal and a banana and some coffee!  Yum
