Poor Planing





Man, it was a day of poor planning as for eating, emotionally though, I'm a little back on track. Being back on track feels really good.  Thanks Cori!  She rocks.  I was snacking on shredded wheat so I didn't really feel hungry at lunch.  I grabbed an apple and went to the farmers market!!!  I also knew that the farmers market has AMAZING cookies so I wanted to make sure I had room in my calorie bank for one.  It was amazing.  I also bought flowers, daffodils are my favorite and they smell SO good.  I went to bread co. to study and got a little homework done!  However, I got SO hungry at 3:30 and didn't have a snack.  I went up to the desk and knew I needed more than a small cup of fruit.  I selected a chocolate chip muffie.  I've looked up the calories online and it's about 250 which I decided was a good amount.  I wish I had had a balance bar and I could have gotten some protein.  Anyway.  Cori and I had dinner together!  I had a broccoli bowl!!!!  It's white meat chicken, broccoli, and brown rice.  SO yummy and at 350 calories, plus protein and vitamins.  Anyway, I got some good sleep
